3 What is sold here
A numbered digital certificate, and nothing else of value. That is stated at greater length in the Terms of Service, and it is not a disclaimer: it is the description of the product.
Printed goods too — a shirt, a mug, a cap, a sticker — made after you order them and posted to you. Those are ordinary objects and worth what such objects are worth; nothing in the sentence above about worthlessness is true of them.
4 Supervision and disputes
Consumer matters in Estonia are supervised by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, info@ttja.ee.
A consumer who cannot resolve a complaint with us may put it to the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at that authority: avaldus@komisjon.ee, +372 620 1700. The Committee ordinarily takes disputes worth at least 30 euros. A certificate on its own costs less than that; an order of printed goods, with the postage, may be more. Which yours is depends on what you ordered, and the Terms of Service say so at greater length.
A consumer resident in another European Union country may also approach the European Consumer Centre network, and the courts remain open wherever you live.
